The Trewscots Trews project is a radical departure from the single tartan (monotrew?) available in every High Street, in every town and village in Scotland.

Trewscots make WACKY TREWS and we're sticking to that for now. We design, (yes they are designed) in Edinburgh and we manufacture in the Wild, Wild, West (Glasgow). We substitute new clan tartans as they become available, plus there are the 'Muted' and 'Wild' colour sets. That makes for a huge number of individual trews. As individual as you are.

Wear them and be noticed.

Our trews are crafted from polyester viscose fabric, the modern material that is revitalising the tartan industry. Our trews are lightweight, machine washable and practical. No need to dry clean! No scratchy wool! Loads of pockets for phones, wallets, cameras, score cards, hip flasks, passports and tickets.

Folk will talk, some will shake their heads. Go straight to the smilers and be in like minded company.

Wear trews because they are more versatile (and cheaper) than a KILT. You need good legs for a kilt. You only need legs for the trews.

Our LADIES FASHION  trews are a flattering mix of classic black with a slash of colour.
